25/38 Itchy Feet

It is not unusual for pilgrims to get stranded. In the old days there were as many hospitals as churches along the way, caring for the poorly pilgrims. The churches are still there, so are some of the historical albergues, but the hospitals are all gone. I suppose they would not be up to scratch anymore. The days of rest did my leg a lot of good but made my feet itchy. Tomorrow I will start walking again… the city was having a ball all night.
